Self Empowered Minds

Hey guys, I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something different today. I am grateful to the universe and God, that I did. It's one thing for your family and friends to say something about you it's another when someone who has never met you can help you put things into perspective and get inside yourself and see what needs to be done to get you on the track you want to be. I had a personal setback that I won't get into but it made me add more questions to my life and all that was happening around me. The reason is, because I expected that part of my life to always be I guess perfect and it fell. I went looking for ways to help myself get out of the ditch I was stuck in and I turned to Groupon. I know that sounds cheesy, but I feel renewed and ret-to-go with my life.

I typed in anything that came to mind to get me help and I typed Self Empowered and Saba's business popped up. She is the owner and founder of Self Empowered Minds. If you are feeling stuck or depressed or need a different perspective Saba is the guide you need. It's a hypnosis session and NO you are not clucking like a chicken you are like in a limbo state where you know what you are doing, but you can be in touch with your inner self. I cried, I smiled, I cried some more. I left there loving Saba and believing in myself again.

In the beginning I was super nervous almost backed out sat in my car for an hour. My desire to have answers and help to feel better got stronger than my fear if she was gonna make me cluck or twerk...lol On my own I was getting no where and I was getting more and more overwhelmed and stuck in my rut and lowkey starting to dislikes folks. It was a much needed 90 minutes.

Saba or Groupon did not pay me to say this and I paid for my session. I was looking for answers and help and I'm glad my fingers clicked her.
