This past weekend was a mix of hard work and unexpected fun.
On Saturday, I set out to tackle my living room. I pulled out my trusty Bissell machine and spent the entire day deep cleaning the sofa and rug. It took hours, but the results were worth it. The living room feels brand new again, and I couldn’t stop admiring how fresh and cozy everything looked once I was done.
Sunday was supposed to be my day of rest… until my daughter, Sierah, reminded me of a little “agreement” I apparently made while half-asleep Saturday night. She had asked if we could go to “K-pop,” and in my sleepy state, I said yes. I thought she meant the music, but it turns out she meant K-Pot—a Korean BBQ and hot pot spot.
So off we went around 4 p.m., and let me tell you—it was an experience. We ordered way too much food (our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs), but everything was delicious. The table was covered with plates, and it ended up being such a fun mother-daughter dinner.
The highlight of the night?
The server asked me for ID and couldn’t believe I was 45 and Sierah’s mom. That little moment made just added to the whole fabulous evening!
All in all, it was a perfect balance—hard work at home, and then quality time with my daughter. Oooou and I got to wear my new Harry Potter Bag!!! Yasssssss!! Oh excuse sound in the vid I'm still figuring this out! Later SugarPops
