✨Self-Care Sunday Reflections✨

Today’s self-care looked a little different, but it was powerful. Lately, I’ve been praying and asking God for more—more peace, more growth, more blessings—but I had to pause and ask myself: am I truly preparing for the more I’m asking for?
So today, I rolled up my sleeves and showed up for myself in a big way. 🙌🏾 I deep cleaned my room from top to bottom—pulled out the bed, the mattress, the box spring, steamed every piece of furniture, polished everything, and let go of a lot of clutter that no longer serves me. 🧹✨
In the process, I found something I’ve been searching for forever—my divorce papers. 🙌🏾 It’s time to finally update everything with my proper name. I also came across my car title that I needed. Little wins, big relief!
I didn’t stop there—I did laundry, and I’m closing my evening with a Yoni steam (a ritual I usually do in the morning, but today I gave myself grace to flow with the day).
I’m really proud of myself, y’all. Today I didn’t just pray for more—I prepared for more. And it feels good. 🩷
The goal: have the whole house decluttered by Thanksgiving. Wish me luck, because I’m determined to keep showing up for myself one step at a time.
OHH and Mr. Bane did not pop my flower balloon!!
✨ Here’s your reminder: preparing for your blessings is also self-care. ✨

A great reminder to take things slow and reconnect with ourselves. Self-care really does inspire us creatively. Even working on my book and Amazon KDP ventures has felt a little easier in the wake of such moments. Thank you for inspiring peaceful Sundays!
