Happy Saturday, SugarPops!!! đâš
I decided to kick off the weekend with some early self-care and make it a fab and relaxing day! The morning started with a call to my friend, which turned into us linking up so I could make my famous French toast. But let me tell youâWhole Foods betrayed me today. ZERO Croissant bread in sight. đ© So, we had to improvise with their bakery-made Cinnamon Raisin Brioche bread. It was good, but letâs be realâCroissant bread will always be top tier! đ„đŻ
After we stuffed our faces, I turned the spotlight on my hair. Today is all about showing love to my mane with a wash, deep conditioner, and steam treatment. She deserves it because Iâve been neglecting her lately. Self-care isnât just a vibeâitâs a responsibility, okay?! đđŸ
Later, Iâll be taking Mr. Bane out for a walk with his beautiful Auntie. Fingers crossed my fur-grandbaby behaves himself. His birthday is on the 28th, and yesâwe will have a cake for him! đđŸ
And can I just say, my new JBL Clip 5 speaker has turned every shower into a full-on concert. đ¶đż Iâm talking lights, vocals, and all! đ So, the day started with a call, then a concert, and then a breakfast feast. Basically, we kicked things off fabulously and Iâm determined to keep that energy going.
đ Reader Love:I just have to share something my SMA sister Lia said to me after my last post because it truly touched my heart. She reminded me that itâs not just about being consistentâitâs about self-efficacy. Choosing to do whatâs best for ourselves, making promises to ourselves, and showing up. đ She even shared how creating a vision board or using a calendar helps keep those promises visible.
Thank you, Lia, for reminding me (and all of us) that weâre not alone on this journey!
So SugarPops, take a moment to enjoy yourself today. Love the little moments, give yourself some TLC, and make it fabulous!
đ„ âHereâs to more fab momentsâcheers, SugarPops!â
